Caving is the exploration of caves and underground cavities. It is an adventurous activity that takes you into a hidden world, discovering spectacular rock formations, underground rivers and unique ecosystems.

Caving is an exciting and rewarding activity that combines exploration, discovery, physical challenges and a unique sense of adventure. You can admire incredible rock formations, swim in underground rivers, and reconnect with nature in a totally different way.

Safety rules

Safety is paramount in caving.
It is important to be accompanied by an experienced guide who knows the caves and the potential risks.
Good equipment is also essential. This includes a helmet with headlamp, gloves, warm and comfortable clothing, and solid shoes.
It is important to follow your guide’s instructions and not take unnecessary risks. Never stray from the group and always remain alert to potential dangers.
